- 02H&K Landscaping proudly serves all of West Michigan. For larger or specialized projects, we are willing to travel beyond the region depending on project size and scope.
- 03We specialize in foundational landscaping and site development services, including complete landscape installations, fine grading, soil preparation, hydroseeding and drill seeding, erosion control, soil stabilization, drainage solutions, landscape construction, and large block Redi-Rock retaining walls.
- 04Yes. We have extensive experience with both hydroseeding and drill seeding. The best option depends on soil conditions, slope, timing, and project goals, and we will recommend the most effective method for your site.
- 05We recommend watering the hydroseeded area a few times daily for the first few weeks. For optimal growth, the soil should stay moist but not saturated. In addition, avoid walking on or mowing your lawn until at least 4-6 weeks have passed. Since every lawn is different, we always provide specific instructions for care upon application.
- 06Project timelines vary depending on scope, site conditions, and weather. Clients often tell us they are impressed with how efficiently we complete projects without sacrificing quality. We provide realistic timelines during the consultation phase.

- 08Absolutely. Proper drainage is critical to the success of any landscape. We design and install drainage solutions that manage water flow, reduce pooling, and protect landscapes, structures, and foundations.
- 09Our experience, specialization, and accountability set us apart. We’ve been serving West Michigan since 1967, employ long-standing, knowledgeable crews, use modern equipment, and focus on doing the groundwork right because long-term performance matters.
- 10Yes. In addition to residential work, we regularly handle large-scale commercial, municipal, and industrial projects. For larger jobs, we are willing to travel outside of West Michigan depending on scope and requirements.
